Refund Policy

Paid Bookings, Cancellations & No-Show

Cancellation Notice

Guests wishing to cancel a confirmed and paid booking must notify the Company in writing via email.


Cancellation Charges

• A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total amount paid will apply to all cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• Any amounts paid, including advance payments or deposits, shall be deemed non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within this 14-day period.


Payment Gateway & Service Fees

  • For cancellations that qualify for a refund, any applicable payment gateway charges, bank fees, service fees, or platform fees incurred during the original transaction will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Only the net remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the guest.

 

 

Refund Method

All refunds will be processed exclusively through the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

 

 

 

Refundable Security Deposit

Security Deposit Usage

  • A refundable security deposit, as specified on Page 1 of this agreement, will be retained by the Company as security against potential damages, misuse of the property, incidental charges (including facilities, telephone usage, or paid television), replacement of broken or missing items, or additional cleaning requirements.
  • Subject to a satisfactory final handover inspection, the full security deposit will be refunded.



Refund Processing Timeline

If the guest is eligible for a refund, the approved amount will be processed within one (1) week from the date of refund approval.




Refund Completion

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to reflect in the guest’s account, depending on the processing timelines of the sending and receiving banks.
